Herb garden next to the main kitchen, vegetable garden. Summer kitchen with garden terrace surrounded by herbs, outdoor dining facilities, BBQ. Small old aqueduct.

Note: the last 800 meters to reach the house are partially dirt road and partially paved anyway house can be reached even with minivan, low cars such sport cars are not recommended.

Nearest small town: Bientina a few minutes' drive away (weekly market, monthly antiques market, palio (bareback horse race) in the main square in July.
